Celebrate Summer at Valley Farmers Markets

Eat with the season and support your local farmers and ranchers at the markets happening across the Valley. We love these markets:

  • Glenwood’s Downtown Market & Music Series pops on 7th Street every Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m., featuring growers, gourmet goods, food vendors and local artists.
  • Carbondale Farmers’ Market runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesdays at 4th and Main streets. This market has a core of season-long growers and vendors, along with rotating drop-in vendors and musicians, and features market recipes from their followers on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Basalt Sunday Market can be found on Midland Spur in front of Town Hall from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays, featuring local produce, prepared foods and skincare products, along with lawn games, children’s arts and crafts, and live music.
  • Rifle Farmers Market takes place every Friday at Heinze Park in downtown Rifle and includes the popular beer tent, local farm produce, artisan food, live music, kids area and playground equipment.
